We have made various efforts to make it your best Istanbul specialty hotel experience.
All rooms have satellite flatscreen TVs, air conditioning, central heating, free wireless internet, and hair dryers. For guests staying longer than two nights, a complimentary fruit basket and various hot drink options are offered.
Istanbul occasionally has water shortage during the summers. We have a water tank on our roof for such emergencies.
A washing machine and iron is available in the basement.
We have 24-hour security cameras securing the building.
We also have a communal terrace with the view of the Marmara Sea (Bosphorus).
Buy some fruit from the local market located around the corner every Wednesday or at a nearby supermarket and enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the terrace in true Istanbul style.

Housekeeping of your room will be done every other day, unless otherwise pre-arranged (may be subject to extra costs). Housekeeping staff is on site daily.
To provide your home-away-from-home feeling, we do not have 24-hour on-site management. However, an emergency contact is always available and will be provided in your confirmation e-mail and in-room information packet.
Please note, our building is completely non-smoking, except for the terrace.
If there is any evidence of smoking after your check out, please be aware that you are subject to an additional 200 Euro cleaning fee.
