A valid credit card number will be required for all reservations. This is for deposit purposes only and an one night’s fee will be charged at the time of reservation.  The remainder of your total will be charged at check-in.  The deposit payment can be arranged through Paypal as well.

Room Policy:
Please no smoking.  If evidence of smoking in the room is discovered after check out, an additional 75 Euro cleaning fee will be charged. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.

We would like to provide all of our guests an at-home feeling. Therefore, we would like everyone to relax and enjoy themselves.  However, we are located in a fairly residential section of Sultanahmet.  Therefore, please be considerate of others during your stay.

We also are attempting to be as eco-friendly as possible.  Please be energy conservative.  It will also help us keep our room prices as low as possible.  Please utilize the timer function on the air conditioner.

Cancellation Policy:
There is no cancellation fee for cancellations made up to 5 days before reservation.

For cancellations made closer than 5 days before the start of your reservation up until the day before your reservation, a total of one-night stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

For any cancellations made any later than the day before the start of your reservation, the amount equal to half of your total reservation will be charged.
