Check-in Procedures:

1.  We will send you a confirmation e-mail with all details, including emergency contact information.
2.  We recommend using our airport pick-up service (additional fee of 25 Euros one-way per trip from Ataturk airport).
3.  If you prefer to arrive at our apartment on your own, please provide us with your flight details so we can arrange for our representative to meet you at our apartment.
4.  Or, if you like, you can arrange to meet our representative at our local contact, the affiliated Noah’s Ark Carpets and Kilims, about a 15 minute walk away.
5.  Any remaining amount of your stay will be due at time of check-in.  We accept payments in cash or credit card.
6.  An in-room information packet will be available regarding your stay.

Check-out Procedures:

1.  Please inform us of your intended check-out time at your earliest convenience.  Please provide us this information by the prior night.  The latest possible check-out time is 12pm.  We may be able to arrange baggage check service for guests intending to stay in Istanbul until later in the day.  Please discuss with us if this will be necessary.
2.  Depending on your check-out time, we will arrange a key drop-off procedure.
3.  We recommend using our airport drop-off service (additional fee of 25 Euros one-way per trip for Ataturk airport).

Airport Pick-up/Drop-off Service:

We recommend using our airport pick-up/drop-off service, as Istanbul taxi drivers are notorious for driving tourists around long routes.
In addition, Sultanahmet streets are narrow and maze-like, and even the most well-intending taxi driver may have a difficult time finding our apartment.
It will also ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
The fee is 25 Euros each way, and 45 Euros for a pre-reserved roundtrip service for Ataturk airport.  The price is per trip, up to 4 people.  For Sabiha Gokcen airport, the price is 60 Euro oneway.
Please contact us for trips involving more people or extra luggage.
